The importance of a STORY

It is undeniable that stories contain the wisdom of human kind. However there is only a limited number of plots and it is more and more difficult to come up with an absolutely original topic. Seemingly everything has been said, yet we are still powered by a need to tell our version of the story. Our individual version is the one grain of sand that creates the desert of nearly identical yet unique dunes. If we ceased doing that all stories, the wonderful nourishing parasite of human lives that thrives from human vitality, would die.
